Initially famous as a member of the all-female pop group Clique Girlz, Monroe later formed a music duo called Destinee & Paris with her older sister, Destinee. Destinee & Paris produced a debut single, "True Love," in 2011.
Monroe, her sister, and her friend Ariel Moore established Clique Girlz in 2004 and recorded an early single titled "Lemonade." They released their debut studio album, Incredible, in late 2008.

The daughters of music manager Lenore Monroe, Paris and her sister, Destinee, grew up in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, and later lived and worked in Los Angeles, California.
The Monroe sisters opened for Britney Spears during the pop singer's 2011 Femme Fatale Tour.
