South Korean Actor who is known for his roles in films Memories of a Murder, War of the Arrows, and The Host. He has been acting in theatre productions since he was a child and appeared in over 30 films over the course of his career.

He has been acting in films since making his debut in 2001 with a role in the movie Waikiki Brothers.

Throughout his career, he has won many awards, including a Blue Dragon Award for best actor and two Director's Cut Award.
