While filming a burger review at CuVee's Culinary Creations in Houston, an SUV crashed through the restaurant's glass and struck the table where he and collaborator Nina Santiago were seated. He and Nina were both injured but later appeared on TMZ Live to show their cuts and describe what happened. He's one of the few creators who can say they've been both a national-championship-level American football player in Europe and a U.S. food-vlog personality.
