Before Fame

He received a camcorder on his 10th birthday which sparked his fascination with visual media and narrative and inspired him to pursue a career in television. He attended the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He began his career as an associate producer at E! Entertainment working on True Hollywood Story. His first reality show was Kid Nation working as an associate producer. He then began working on The Amazing Race and Big Brother.

Trivia

He specialized for a period in Alaska based survival shows despite his hating the cold. He has co-executive produced streaming shows such as Fight to Survive and The Quest.

Family Life

He was born in Vero Beach, Florida. He is the youngest of ten children in a blended family. He has two children.
