Singer, vocalist, entertainer, performer, artist, musician, composer, and songwriter who is best known for his music in the Axé and pagoda baiano genres, especially as part of his and his brother's musical duo, Rafa & Pipo. As part of the duo, he has released immensely successful albums including "Oito7Nove4," "Se Você Fosse um Peixinho," and "R.P1." 

Before Fame

He and his brother formed their famed duo in January of 2011, with the announcement of their participation in the Salvador Summer Festival. They subsequently released their debut single "Minha Vida" shortly thereafter. 

Trivia

His song "Tô de Boaça" earned the distinction of being the most searched YouTube Carnival song in the year 2017. It went on to earn the YouTube Carnival 2017 Award. In the year 2018, he and his brother were also named the most listened to axé-genre artists in all of Brazil.

Family Life

He is the brother of his musical counterpart, Rafa Marques and the son of revered Brazilian singer and composer Bell Marques. He has a godson named Arthur.

Associated With

He collaborated with Wesley Safadão on songs including "Quando Você Me Procurar" and "Tô de Boaça." He also worked alongside Léo Santana on the 2017 track "Sarrando" and Xand Avião for the 2018 single "Que Saudade de Você Bebê."
