Indian film actor and model who catapulted to fame after he was declared the winner of the Gladrags Manhunt Contest in 1994. He has since appeared in dozens of films and has earned recognition for his portrayal of supporting and villainous roles. Some of his most notable film appearances include titles such as Koi... Mil Gaya, International Khiladi, Rakht, Khamoshh... Khauff Ki Raat, and Rocky - The Rebel.

Before fame

He was born into a family heavily involved in the movie industry. His father, Narendra Bedi, was a director, while his grandfather, Rajinder Singh Bedi, was a celebrated Urdu writer and filmmaker. He made his own debut in the 1998 thriller 2001: Do Hazaar Ek.

He briefly relocated to Canada, where he pursued a career in real estate and business ventures during an unfortunate absence of acting opportunities. After spending years away from Bollywood's mainstream sphere, he made a buzzworthy comeback in 2025 when he portrayed a role in the Netflix original series The Ba**ds of Bollywood.

Family life

His father, Narendra Bedi, directed multiple successful film projects throughout the 1970s and 80s. He shares two children named Vivaan and Vera with his wife, Monalisa Bedi, who is the sister of actress Tulip Joshi. His daughter Vera has cultivated a loyal following of her own on social media.
