Before Fame

Prior to being drafted, he attended Florida Gulf Coast University, where he was named the Atlantic Sun Conference Pitcher of the Year in 2008.

He made his major league debut pitching against the Toronto Blue Jays on May 30, 2016 as a member of the New York Yankees.
