Fitness trainer, motivational speaker, and professional bodybuilder who has earned the nickname NDO champ, which stands for "no days off" due to his disciplined training. He began his YouTube channel in 2018, and uploads weightlifting and exercise videos. He has since created a following of 1.2 million on Instagram and over 2.6 million subscribers on YouTube. He also posts videos in which he physically kicks unhealthy food out of his clients' hands.

Before Fame

He was a convicted felon and served time in prison after becoming involved in gang-related activity. In 2010 when he was released decided to change his life and began focusing on body fitness.

Trivia

He competed in his first bodybuilding competition in 2012 and won. He has been featured in TV commercials, and podcasts, and has a movie called Grind - The Robert Wilmote Story. 

Family Life

Born in Liberia, he left during their civil war to America as a refugee when he was 17 with his family. His mother is Jesttobe Jestina Moore. He is her first-born son and oldest child. His maternal grandfather was Reverend John C Moore. His marriage to Winell Wilmote resulted in a blended family that includes five children.
