Portuguese track and field athlete who won the Portuguese Road Men's Championship with Benfica in January of 2014. He also won the 10km event at the 2009 Lusofonia Games in Portugal. In the year 2010, he was part of the Portugal team that won 2nd place at the European Cross Country Championships.
