Before Fame

He grew up playing all kinds of different sports including shot put and javelin, as well as soccer. He started his rugby career at Cill Dara RFC and Newbridge RFC and attended Newbridge College.

In his international play for Ireland's team, he has won the Triple Crown. He also started against Georgia (the country) in the summer tests of 2025 scoring 14 points for the win.
