Before fame

At age 12, he started DJing as a hobby. He was a graffiti and street artist. He graduated from Chapman University with a degree in PR and advertising.

Trivia

After college, he worked at Guitar Center, produced music in his bedroom at night. In 2012, he released a remix of Showtek "F.T.S." He has amassed more than 130,000 followers on his saymynamemusic Instagram account.

Family life

His real name given to him by his parents is Dayvid Lundie-Sherman. He grew up in a musical family and his father was a DJ.
