About
Chef who has appeared in several cooking series and specials, including Fish the Dish, Spencer's BIG 30 and Watts on the Grill. He first appeared in the 2016 television special Spencer & Robert's Game Day Buffet. In 2022, he released the book Fish for You : Inspired Seafood Recipes from Market to Plate.
Before Fame
As a child, he entered the school gingerbread competition and won third place. After graduating high school, he enrolled at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver.
Trivia
He worked at The Westin Grand and C restaurant. He has won prestigious awards for his gourmet dishes including silver in the Culinary Olympics in 2012, and silver in World Culinary Masters the same year. His creations can range from gourmet to simple and approachable.
