American religious leader who was the first counselor to Coleen K. Menlove in the presidency of the Primary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1999 until 2005.
She earned a bachelor's degree in history and political science from Brigham Young University.
She worked as an early-morning seminary teacher and was on BYU's Women's Conference Steering Committee.
She married Noel B. Reynolds, and they had eleven children.
