Australian chef and nutritionist who is the founder and director of The Healthy Chef, a company that creates functional foods for optimum health and wellbeing. She is a regular columnist with TIME magazine and the author of several international award winning cookbooks.
She studied nutrition at Deakin University and completed her chef's apprenticeship at TAFE College.
She is one of the first female chefs to be part of the IHG Culinary Panel, and has contributed over 20 original recipes.
She and her husband Paul have been together since 1988. He is a photographer for her cookbooks and blog.
She features regularly on The Biggest Loser, hosted by Fiona Falkiner.
