Tomas Lindberg

About

Singer who was a founding member of death metal band At the Gates. He is best known for his work on the band's album, Slaughter of the Soul. He was also frontman of Hide, The Crown, Skitsystem, Disfear and the supergroup Lock Up. He died after being diagnosed with adenoid cystic carcinoma, a rare oral cancer.

Before fame

He designed the logo for Norwegian band Darkthrone.

Trivia

He adopted the pseudonym Goatspell when he joined his first band, Grotesque. He balanced his music with a job as a social studies teacher.
