South African comedian, writer, podcaster, and former game designer known for his observational stand-up style and for appearing in Trevor Noah Presents: NationWild in 2018. He is also known for his work as a comedy writer on ZA News and Puppet Nation ZA, for his comedy special So Naive, for his solo show A Kiss on the Mouth, and for co-hosting the podcast PNC: People Need Comedy.
Before fame
He moved to Johannesburg in 2006 for high school. He studied video and game design at University of the Witwatersrand where he became widely recognized for being one of the first Black South African graduates in game design. He began performing stand-up comedy during his final year of university. He was selected by Trevor Noah to appear in Trevor Noah Presents: NationWild in 2018. He released his first filmed comedy special So Naive in January 2020. He began co-hosting the podcast PNC: People Need Comedy around 2023.
Trivia
He was included in the Mail & Guardian Young 200 list in 2016. He was nominated for Newcomer of the Year at the 2017 Savanna Comics' Choice Awards which he ended up winning in 2018. He was part of the writing team for ZA News/Puppet Nation ZA which won a South African Film and Television Award (SAFTA) in 2018.
Family life
He was born and raised in Lebowakgomo, Limpopo, South Africa before he eventually relocated to Johannesburg, South Africa in 2006. He began dating actress Galaletsang Koffman after meeting in 2019. They welcomed a son named Selemo in 2025.
