Wide receiver and special teams player who became a First-Team All-Big 12 selection in 2013 and 2014 while playing at Kansas State University. In his freshman and senior seasons, he was a Consensus All-American. He was selected in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks.
He attended Booker T. Washington High School in Oklahoma, where he led the football team to its first OSSAA title in 24 years.
He was also a star basketball player in high school, winning the State Championship in 2011 and being named to the All-Tournament Second Team.
His father, Kevin Lockett, played football at Kansas State and became the leading receiver in school history. His mother is named Nicole Edwards.
He and Robert Griffin III were both selected to the 2011 College Football All-America Team.
