Tyrell Terry

Former professional athlete who was selected 31st overall in the 2020 NBA draft by the Dallas Mavericks. He spent one season with the team before he was waived. He played for the Memphis Grizzlies from December 2021 to July 2022. In December of 2022, he announced his retirement from professional basketball, citing mental health reasons and anxiety issues.

By 7th or 8th grade, his friends and family thought he was talented enough to earn a college scholarship.

He played college basketball for the Stanford Cardinals at Stanford University. He has earned more than 30,000 followers on his tyterry_ Instagram account.

Family Life

His parents were both former amateur basketball players. His father Tyron Terry was named North Dakota's Mr. Basketball in the year 2000.
