Victoria Legrand

French-born American singer recognized as the vocalist and keyboardist for the Baltimore-formed dream pop band Beach House. The band debuted in 2006 with their debut eponymous album.

Before Fame

After studying drama at Vassar College, she met Alex Scally and the two formed Beach House in 2004.

Beach House has performed live on numerous television shows from Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Family Life

Her father is painter Olivier Legrand and her brother, Alistair, is a film director. Her uncle, Michel Legrand, is a composer, and her aunt, Christiane Legrand, is a singer with the Swingle Singers.
