Coming of age musical based on the novel of the same name by S.E. Hinton. The plot focuses on two rival gangs, the Greasers and the Socs, in 1960s Tulsa, Oklahoma. The show won four awards at the 77th Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

The show was produced by a team including Angelina Jolie. The story was previously an acclaimed 1983 film, The Outsiders, directed by Francis Ford Coppola.
