About

Music producer and instrumentalist most recognized for his songs in popular Bollywood films. He made his career-defining song "Kabhi Jo Badal Barse" featuring Arijit Singh for the 2013 Bollywood thriller/comedy film Jackpot. He has also performed at the Woodstock Festival in Germany with Asha Bhosle and has toured internationally with singer Shaan. 

Before Fame

He began playing the piano at the age of seven and started doing live shows by the time he was in the eighth grade. At 13 years old, he began recording keys for well-known artists and performing for renowned broadcasting networks such as Akashvani and Doordarshan. 

Trivia

He won the Critics' Award for Recreated Song of the Year at the 2020 Mirchi Music Awards for his song "Humse Tumse Pyaar Kitna." At the same event, he also received a Best Song Producer nomination for his song "Naina Yeh."

Family Life

He married singer Payal Dev in 2008. Together, they have a daughter named Jazz.
