Venezuelan politician and journalist who was a former communist but has since began supporting far-right opposition candidates. He is living in exile after being prosecuted by the Venezuelan government. He has a popular YouTube channel with 30,000 subscribers and 5 million views. 

Before Fame

He was a founding member of the Marxist Socialist Workers Party and was the secretary-general of the party during the 1980s. 

Trivia

In 1998, he emerged as a supporter of Project Venezuela, a center-right opposition party to the leftist government. He was the campaign manager of the Project Venezuela presidential candidate Henrique Salas Römer who lost in the 1998 election against Hugo Chávez.

Family Life

He was born in Miranda, Carabobo, Venezuela. His family is of Corsican descent. He has been living in the United States since he went into exile in 2013.
