Multi-Grammy Award-nominated R&B singer and songwriter who began her career at just 15 years old, after having signed a deal with Universal Music Group. She released her debut EP, "Analog Girl X Digital World," in 2011 under Motown Records. She has co-written songs for numerous A-list artists including Jennifer Lopez, and Dr. Dre. She also lends her voice to the vocal performances for Karma Grant in the Netflix original musical series, Karma's World, which was created by Ludacris. 

Before Fame

She relocated to Charlotte, NC with her family when she was an infant. She later moved once again to Hanahan, SC and became a high school cheerleader. During that time, she frequently traveled to Atlanta to pursue her music career.

She has been nominated for a Grammy Award three times. She is a multi-instrumentalist, proficient in violin, clarinet, bass clarinet, and bass guitar.

Family Life

She has stated that she is a lesbian, and she is a powerful advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and representation. She was raised in a musical family as both her mother and grandmother were also singers.
