Daizen Maeda

About

Winger and forward that was originally signed by the Japanese club Matsumoto Yamaga FC in 2016. He was later signed by The Celtic Football Club in December 2021. During his professional career, he has also played for the Japanese men's national team. 

Before Fame

He is a graduate of Taki High School in Japan. While at Taki, he played soccer for three seasons. 

Trivia

He scored his first international goal on June 10, 2022, during a 2022 Kirin Cup match. His team defeated Ghana 4-1. He has played on 5 teams throughout his senior career. 

Family Life

Growing up, he lived with his family in Osaka, Japan.
