Dantes Cardosa

About

Cuban Cumbia singer and musician who is known for songs such as "I'm Sorry For You", "Juana Magdalena" and "Lola, Lola". From 2012 to 2017 he was the leader singer of the prominent group Grupo 5. He first garnered national attention in 1998 when he replaced lead singer Michel Maza in the band Charanga Habanera.

Before Fame

He graduated as a dancer from the Tropicana Dance School in 1993. 

Trivia

He has started several bands, including the well-known La Ricky Band in 2002, and Dantes and his Bomba in 2003. 

Family Life

He has five children from different marriages. He married Alisson Clavijo in 2017.
