Before Fame
He earned a degree in family business management from the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, which he utilized to run his family's business during a temporary hiatus from the music industry. He was later inspired to return to DJing after receiving praise and encouragement from his personal idol DJ Aqeel, who convinced him to pursue it as a career.
Trivia
After being ranked 59th in the 2015 DJ Mag competition, he became the first Bollywood DJ to make DJ Mag's Top 100 List. In 2016, he achieved even greater status by ranking 33rd on the list.
Family Life
His mother is named Sudha Shah. He has a younger sister named Ria Shah. In 2015, he married his wife Aalika Banerji with whom he has a son.
