Italian chef who is known for specializing as a chocolatier and pastry consultant. His is known for his minimalist dessert designs and for founding his own restaurant and catering company Gianluca Fusto Consulting. He shares photos of his dessert creations through Instagram for his over 70,000 followers.
He first began earning recognition for his pastry work when he competed in the Junior World Pastry Cup. He went on to found Gianluca Fusto Consulting in 2013.
He is also an author and has published two books on pastries including the 2013 book Percorsi: L'universo dolce di Gianluca Fusto and the 2015 book Crostate.
He was born and raised in Milan, Italy.
