Zimbabwean politician who served as the Minister of Home Affairs under Morgan Tsvangirai. He also served as MP for Mutare North from 2000 to 2008
He was a member of Zimbabwe Unity Movement and the Manicaland Provincial Chairman.
He won the General Service Medal and the Bronze Cross of Zimbabwe, while in the military.
He and his wife had two children.
He and Graham Johnson are both from Zimbabwe.
