American artist and astronomer whose paintings were featured in numerous exhibitions and displayed in places like the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.
He started painting full time after graduating from high school and soon had a collector in Washington D.C. purchase all of his paintings being displayed in a gallery.
He released a book called "Voyages: Exploring the Art of Greg Mort" in 2007.
He grew up with his older brother Terry in a rural village outside of Syracuse, New York.
His work was represented in the private collections of many people including Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Robin Williams, and Carl Sagan.
