Famous for her membership in the all-female Mandopop band S.H.E., she contributed two solo tracks to the group's debut album, Girls Dormitory. In addition, between 2011 and 2013, she recorded three solo albums: To Hebe, My Love, and Insignificance.
When she was sixteen years old, she played the flute on Taiwan's Guess Guess Guess television variety program. That same year, she competed in an HIM International Music contest and subsequently became a member of S.H.E.
She made appearances on Magical Love, Reaching for the Stars, and several other Chinese television programs.
Born Tien Fu-Chen, she spent her early years in Hsinchu City, Taiwan, and later settled in Taipei.
She performed a duet version of "Gotta Love" with Asian-American rapper Wilber Pan.
