Jamal Agnew

About

NFL wide receiver that was taken as a fifth round pick in the 2017 Draft by the Detroit Lions. He was later signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars on a multi-year deal in March 2021. In addition to playing receiver, he also plays kick returner.

Before Fame

He was a three-sport athlete while at Point Loma High School. Shortly after graduating, he began playing college football at the University of San Diego.

Trivia

Following his rookie season, he was the NFL's punt return yards leader. He was also named to the 2017 PFWA All-Rookie Team and a member of the first team All-Pro.

He was born and raised in San Diego, California.
