Famous as the executive chef at the renowned Quo Vadis restaurant in London's Soho district, Lee also became known as a finalist on the BBC Two culinary contest Great British Menu.
Before taking over for Jean-Philippe Patruno as Quo Vadis' head chef, Lee worked for two decades at the Blueprint Café (also in London).
He received a 2013 Tatler Award for "Best Kitchen."
He was born and raised in Dundee, Angus, Scotland.
