Before Fame
She began dancing at the age of seven and quickly won many South American ballet competitions. After performing at the Teatro Colon and and training abroad at the Minsk Ballet School in Belarus, she received further training with the English National Ballet and the School of American Ballet.
Trivia
In the early 2000s, she earned a special honor from the American Immigration Law Foundation for her tremendous artistic contributions to her adopted homeland.
