About

Russian actress whose long-running career has included an extensive resume spanning over the course of several decades. She starred as Rita Kolgan on the 2006 TV mini-series V ritme tango and as Mila Arseneva on Pozdnee raskayanie. She also portrayed the role of Zhanna Brikman on the TV series Londongrad and starred in the 2023 film U lyudey tak byvayet.

Before Fame

She earned a degree in journalism from Moscow State University in 1993 and launched her career in the entertainment industry by working in radio and on music television. 

Trivia

Since 1998, she has also performed in stage productions of several theater shows. One of her most notable on-screen roles was as the titular character Margarita in the 2005 TV drama film A Mester és Margarita, which was based on the Hungarian novel The Big Read by Mikhail Bulgakov.

Family Life

She became a mother to two sons named Stepan and Nikita with her first husband. After they divorced, she remarried to Georgiy Novikov in 2005, and they remained together until he was tragically murdered in November 2015.
