Takeru Satoh

About

After becoming famous for his role as Ryotaro Nogami in the Kamen Rider Den-O television and film series, Satoh appeared as Himura Kenshin in the popular Rurouni Kenshin manga-based films.

Before fame

He first appeared on screen in a TV Asahi series titled Princess Princess D.

Trivia

His role in the anime series Mei-chan no Shitsuji earned him a 2009 Television Drama Academy Award.

Family life

He was born and raised in Japan's Saitama prefecture, where he attended Koshigaya's North High School. He has a younger sister.
