Japanese volleyball star who debuted for the All-Japan women's volleyball team in the year 2011. She represented Japan in the 2014 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix, the 2015 Montreux Volley Masters, and the 2020 Summer Olympics.

She was named Most Valuable Player in the 2015 Montreux Volley Masters. Along with Chen Liyi, she was a top outside spiker in the 2014 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship. In April of 2023, she announced her retirement from volleyball. She is quite tall for a woman, standing at 5'11".
