Before Fame

At an early age, she began studying Peking opera, specializing in the Qingyi role type. After completing her primary education, she was chosen to attend the secondary school affiliated with the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts before going on to become assigned to Hubei Peking Opera Troupe. She later attended the Central Academy of Drama, where she obtained a bachelor's degree.
