Physical therapist, fitness entrepreneur, and wellness creator known as the founder of the AMB Method along with being the wife of NBA star Jalen Brunson of the New York Knicks.

Before fame

She attended Adlai E. Stevenson High School which is where she met Jalen Brunson. She and Jalen Brunson began dating in October 2013 and stayed together through long-distance college years. She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2017 with a degree in kinesiology and exercise science. She attended and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine in 2021. She launched the AMB Method in 2025.

Trivia

She appeared with Jalen Brunson in a March 2024 AT&T commercial. She completed her first half marathon in October 2020 with Project Purple and raised money for pancreatic cancer research in honor of her father.

Family life

She was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She and Jalen Brunson were engaged in September 2022 and married in July 2023. They welcomed their daughter Jordyn James Brunson in July 2024. Her father died from pancreatic cancer in 2010.
