Award-winning food journalist best known as the author of Food Britannia and the Haynes Food manuals for men. He is also a prolific food critic and has written for The FT, Waitrose Kitchen, and numerous others.
After studying at the Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design, he began his career as a picture editor for BBC New Media.
In addition to his writing, he is also a radio and television personality. He has hosted several podcasts, including Delicious Magazine's Dish food podcast.
He was born and raised in England.
