Courtney Lavine

About

Professional ballerina known for her work with the American Ballet Theater. As a member of the corps de ballet, she's performed in Twyla Tharp's "Brahms-Haydn Variations" and Benjamin Millepied's Daphnis and Chloe.

Before Fame

She won numerous scholarships as a young dancer and was awarded positions with the Washington School of Ballet and the School of American Ballet. 

Trivia

Lavine joined ABT's Studio Company in 2008 and joined the ABT as an apprentice in February 2010 and the corps de ballet in August of that year. 

Family Life

She was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Fairfax, Virginia.
