Internationally-acclaimed chef and author of The Dinnertime Survival cookbook. She also published The Family Kitchen and The Summer House cookbook, among others. She has appeared on The Food Network's Sarah's Secrets and Cooking Live as well as major outlets such as CBS, NBC and PBS.
She went to school for biomedical engineering at Boston University for two years before discovering her passion for cooking.
She was named the Rising Star Chef of the Year by the James Beard Foundation and later Chef of the Year by the Chefs in America Association.
She married Greg Addonizio and together they open up Aux Delices in 1994.
She was briefly married to famed chef Bobby Flay from 1991-1993.
