Before Fame

She worked as a digital photo retoucher in New York City for 20 years before she began blogging. She noticed a lack of healthy and visually appealing recipes online in 2008, which led her to create Skinnytaste.com. She published her first book The Skinnytaste Cookbook in 2014.
