He has amassed more than 250,000 followers on his dietaryresolutions Instagram account. He has been interviewed on HOT 97, The Breakfast Club, Sway in the Morning, and the podcast expediTIously with Tip "T.I." Harris. His company produces products to help with things like weight loss, weight management, illnesses and more.

Before Fame

He played basketball in high school with the goal of going professional. In his 20s, he taught middle school.  He began learning about herbal nutrition from his grandfather at a young age. After eating a processed burger as a kid, he decided to make different choices for his health.

Trivia

He promotes Seamoss supplements within his company, and often uses the term "Seamoss Gang." He promotes the healing benefits of herbs and minerals, as well as an alkaline diet free of processed and hybrid foods. He believes in a philosophy of eating to nourish and strengthen our bodies, rather than to just survive. In September 2010, he participated in a one-on-one basketball tournament at "The Yard" of Alcatraz Island. It was the first sporting event to be held on Alcatraz. He won the tournament and was crowned the first "King of the Rock."

Family Life

His grandfather was well-known Honduran herbalist healer Alfredo Darrington Bowman, also known as Dr. Sebi. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.
