GMA Network actor best known for his portrayal of Asval in the series Encantadia. He previously was known for popular recurring roles in The Two of Us, Idol, and Maalaala mo kaya.

Before Fame

While studying mathematics at the University of the Philippines, he began auditioning for a number of school plays. By his sophomore year, he had switched his major to theatre arts.

Trivia

One of his most popular film roles was in the 2005 feature The Blossoming of Maximo Oliveros.

Family Life

His father, a radiologist, left him and his mother, Rosalyn, when he was seven and he never saw him again. His wife's name is Trineth Villasis.
