Multihyphenate music industry powerhouse, otherwise known as "Ugly Money Niche," who has embodied versatility across numerous roles within the music scene including artist, entrepreneur, manager, A&R executive, and CEO of Ugly Money Entertainment. He is also the owner of Ugly Money Studios and the host of the Ugly Money Podcast. He is particularly known for his success in artist development, helping emerging acts navigate deals and gain exposure. 

Before Fame

He grew up as an "army brat" in Central Virginia and took up the drums around the time he was 12 years old. He went on to attend Virginia Commonwealth University for approximately three years before enlisting in the U.S. Army, where he was deployed to Iraq. After his return from military service, he adopted the stage name "P-Nyce" and hosted a #1 radio show called Nyceman Radio at Augusta, GA's Power 107 (WPRW) before transitioning into work that focused more on the business side of the music industry. 

Trivia

As an artist, he was signed under 8Ball and MJG's Push Management around 2014. He ultimately transitioned from performing to helping fellow artists in areas such as A&R, management, and media. He officially retired from rapping in 2018. He is also the founder of the Ugly Money Music Summit, which has been recognized as one of the largest music conferences in the entire Southeast United States, drawing thousands of industry professionals from numerous record labels each year.

Family Life

On October 15, 2021, he shared a loving photo series of his kids on his uglymoneyniche Instagram account. The caption that accompanied the photos explained that his children were the driving force behind his hard work.
