Rich John Karlis

Former kicker who played for the Denver Broncos, Minnesota Vikings, Detroit Lions, Atlanta Falcons and the Houston Oilers during his nine-year NFL career. He was known primarily for being one of the last kickers in NFL history to kick barefoot. 

Before Fame

Prior to being drafted, he attended the University of Cincinnati.

Trivia

During his NFL career, he kicked over 172 field goals barefoot.
