Takuya Satō

About

Japanese voice actor and singer. He is best known for his portrayal of Toshiki Kai in the 2011 anime Cardfight!! Vanguard. He has since provided voices for many different anime series. He has also done voices for film, television dramas, video games and character songs. 

Before Fame

He graduated from the voice actor vocal department of Tokyo Media Academy. He then attended the voice actor training school, School Duo, affiliated with Ken Productions when he was in seventh grade. Before his breakthrough role of Toshiki Kai, he was known mostly for dubbing foreign dramas.

He has 310,000 followers on his 5takuya5 Twitter account, where he lets his fans know about livestream interviews and storytelling events he will be featured on. He also posts pictures from live performances and opportunities to buy tickets. 

Family Life

In 2013 he announced on his blog that he had gotten married. 

Associated With

He voices Caesar Zeppeli in the anime JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, who is voiced by Bryce Papenbrook in the English-language dub of the show.
