Newsroom drama that provides an inside look at the unique challenges faced by the men and women who deliver a daily morning TV series. The news program is run by Alex Levy, and her partner of 15 years is fired amidst a sexual misconduct scandal. All the while, Alex tries to fend off an aspiring journalist who looks to take her place.
Trivia
The series was one of the first two scripted programs to earn straight-to-series orders for Apple TV+. The other was Steven Spielberg's Amazing Stories. The show would be called Morning Wars in Australia in order to distinguish it from the Australian morning talk show of the same name.
