American comedy about a boy who receives a blank check and uses it to go on a shopping spree over the course of six days. He buys a castle-style house, limousine service, go-kart track, and water slide. He is unaware that criminals and the FBI are in pursuit.

In the United Kingdom, the film was released as Blank Cheque. Michael Jackson was a fan of the film and hired the director, Rupert Wainwright, for promotional work on his HIStory album.
