On a mission for revenge the killer doll Chucky infiltrates the family of a young woman. The film marks the sixth installment of the long-running slasher/horror Child's Play franchise. It was written and directed by Don Mancini.
Trivia
The movie served as inspiration for one of the scare zones at the 2013 Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood. A sequel called Curse of Chucky was subsequently released in 2017.
